A look back on the results in the past, the Labor Union of Hoang Long Seafood has well executed its functions and duties; together with the Board of Directors, the company always take a good care of the living and spiritual life for workers as well as the full implementation of policies and regimes for union members & employees. The union has actively carried out campaigns and movements to consolidate and build up a stronger organization.

Heading to a new era, we have many advantages in front of us but also many difficulties and challenges. With the dynamic and creative spirit of the union staff, we together overcome obstacles, lead to achieve the best results, determine to perform well the role and function of the union, and represent the worker needs.

The meeting’s motto is “Innovation – Democracy – Solidarity – Development”, expressing the will and aspirations of the staff and public union members.

In this context, the meeting is an extensively and truly democratic political activity. It has organized many outdoor activities and competitions to celebrate this day.

Although time is limited and only held on 1 day, the meeting has received a lot of feedback from representatives of the union members to the summary report. Through this, the Labor Union has reported the thoughts, aspirations, and recommendations of members to the superior level for carrying out actions in the future.

Moreover, the meeting also elected 11 members to the Executive Committee for the next term, those have the qualifications, capacity, and intelligence to lead and operate the union activities in the term of 2023 – 2028.
